Executive Assistant - 36 hours per week, full time (periodic after-hours meetings required)
Band G, Points 20 – 25, £30,296 - £33,945 (pay award pending)
The postholder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Trust’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Primary duties will include diary management for executive leaders, co-ordinating internal and external meetings, preparation of agendas, taking minutes and preparation of associated documentation.
The postholder will use their own initiative and be able to work unsupervised and must be able to plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise their own work to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquiries both internal and external to the organisation.
