 If you/your child is wanting to apply for a place at 6@CHS, please complete the following application form, making sure all questions are answered correctly.

What happens after my/my child’s application is received? 

 The initial deadline for 6@CHS application forms is: Thursday 29th February 2024.

 Applications will still be accepted after this date; however, your subject combination will not have been considered as part of our 'best fit' timetabling approach to building option blocks. 

Week Commencing Monday 9th March 2024, you will receive an email confirming whether 6@CHS can make you a conditional offer based on:

- Your current predicted grades 

- 6@CHS Year 12 confirmed option blocks for 2024-2025

- A successful interview with a Senior Leader

- A written reference (if you are not currently a student at 6@CHS) 

 The school make all efforts to accommodate all subject selections; however, a perfect fit is not always possible. Students who are unable to study their subject combination at 6@CHS will be offered an alternative conditional offer. 

 Further details regarding acceptance of conditional offers, and enrolment in August/September 2024 will be shared in conditional offer communication.
