Wellbeing Survey

Dear parents/carers

Wellbeing Award for Schools

Chesterfield High School is currently working towards the Wellbeing Award for Schools. This is a kitemark award which demonstrates the schools commitment towards supporting the emotional wellbeing and mental health of all members of the school community. If you would like to know more about the award please follow the link

To achieve the award we must ensure that we plan and are working towards the following statements:

  • School is committed to promoting emotional wellbeing and mental health across the whole school community
  • School has developed a clear vision and strategy  for promoting and protecting emotional wellbeing and mental health
  • School has adopted a positive culture which regards emotional wellbeing and mental health as the responsibility of all
  • School actively promotes staff emotional wellbeing and mental health
  • School runs continuous professional development courses for staff on emotional wellbeing and mental health
  • School has systems in place to respond actively to different types of emotional and mental health needs
  • School works with specialist agencies to support emotional wellbeing and mental health

As part of the award we need ALL members of the school community to complete the wellbeing award survey which includes a specific parent/carer survey

We would be most grateful if you could take the time to complete this for us. To do so please follow this link which will take you to the survey. It will take you a couple of minutes only but is vital if we are to move forward with the award
