Key Stage 4 News – 9/11/18

An impressive four boxes of Poppies, a symbol of hope, were purchased by students on the lead up to Remembrance Sunday. Form 12B coordinated this along with the help of Mr Sexton who delivered the assemblies this week. Students were taught about the work the British Legion does and were given the opportunity to reflect on the men and women who have given their lives which is particularly poignant as this weekend commemorates the centennial of the First World War.
