Key Stage 3 News
Our focus for Key Stage 3 this week was Safeguarding. Students attended an assembly stressing the importance of keeping themselves safe and explaining who the Safeguarding Officers are in school if they needed to speak to them. Safeguarding of students is our main priority in school and it is important that students feel safe and secure at all times.
Our first meeting for students about this year’s school production of Bugsy Malone took place today. It was fantastic to see so many budding actors keen to take part. Rehearsals will start next week.
Key Stage 3 Gym Club
Mrs Moorcroft will be starting a KS3 Gymnastics Club on Wednesday after-school. Everyone is welcome, including students new to gymnastics. If interested, please see Mrs Moorcroft
Rock and River
Letters for the Year 7 trips to Rock and River went home this week. This is an essential trip as part of the Year 7 transition programme and I would be grateful if you could return them to school as soon as possible.
